11th Annual Stills in the Hills!

June 28, 2025!

Stills in the Hills is a true Colorado original, just like Central City.  Featuring a shizzle of Colorado craft distilleries and hundreds of varieties of spirits, if you are a fan (or just a topor), this is one fest not to be missed.  The last Saturday in June is celebrated as only a true sot would love: historic Main Street transformed into one big speakeasy. Come sip, savor (and repeat) in a style that President Grant would take a shine to (rim tap). We tried to host a Grant look-a-like contest but that flopped like a wine-bibber at a county fair. We could do a best dressed hill person, think Jed Clampett or Elly May, and give away some kind of prize, stay tuned for that decision.

Saturday, June 28th - 1pm-6pm

$50-80 for the opportunity to taste lots and lots of spirits!
